My 2025 Fitness Goals: Running and Conquering Obstacles

This 2025 I want to be able to join the Spartan race and do a fun run with my best time for 5k.

How am I going to train for this? Simple. Gym and Grit.

As I have told you, I need to be able to reach this goals by the end of the year at most and I am not doing it sparingly. I want to make sure that I do it with proper training and care for myself.

1.   Running

2.      Obstacle Running

I have always wanted to try out the Spartan race as it is full of obstacles and challenges that I greatly love. I believe I am absolutely miles away from my goal but I need to start on my body weight first as I can not do the foundations of the needed ability in order to properly conquer this challenge. I do not have the upper strength to face this obstacle yet so my focus would be on the one of the variation foundations of calisthenics which is push up, pull ups, pistol squats.

Hopefully I try to achieve this three this year and I would be absolutely thrilled if I do it with just 3 reps in proper form of course.

 

 

This two will be the main focus on my fitness journey as I try to also balance my other goals to the side and my duty at the hospital. I want to be strong and fast enough to get into my goals as this builds discipline and confidence in myself as it is really not something anyone could take from me if I have a good and fit body.
